Fiona, not sure if you remember me (Carrie Lauzon)from high school but I know what you are going through! I was not over weight in highscool or college but did gain 70-80 lbs afterwards. I wasted my 20's being overweight, and miserable. I hated my wedding pics and almost destroyed my marriage because i hated myself so much. To make things worse I for some reason could not have children and I so desperately wanted them. Even though I was doing fertility treatments. I found a silly ad on a post 9 years ago and it changed my life forever. I went to talk to someone at Herbal Magic Weight Loss Centers. I was so impressed I joined, I was on unemployment but i was determined. They taught me proper eating, portions and great habits. They don't only help you lose the weight, they will stabilize your weight when you get to your goal and then teach you how to forever maintain it. I got my life back and saved my marriage. I can now wear the "pencil skirt"! 1 week into my maintenance i got pregnant with my first child (my miracle baby) without fertility! It was my weight not allowing me to be pregnant for some reason. I gained 80lbs with my baby girl and went back. I lost the4 80lbs and 6 months into that maintenance I got pregnant with my son. No drugs again and gained 50 lbs. i went back one more time and lost it. So now I have lost over 200 lbs with Herbal Magic.
Because of my success they asked me to work for them to help people get there lives back. I have been working there for 5 years now and am also the manager. I have now been maintaing for 5.5 years and loving life, everyone in it, my self and my body! To add to this story I am now also a certified Fitness instructor and lead my own Bootcamps!! So you ask, why is she telling me all this? Well, hopefully I have touched your heart as you have touched mine with your blog and will keep going!
